What a year 2021 has been, a year that none of us were expecting. The Yiewsley & West Drayton Foodbank (St. Matthew’s Church Centre, Yiewsley; Bell Farm Christian Centre, West Drayton; Crown Church at the Living Room, Cowley) has been helping a growing number of clients this year. The removal of the Universal Credit uplift in October definitely made a difference.
Donations were fantastic all year, only slightly tailing off when the supermarket shelves had gaps appearing. But now we’re gearing up to Christmas, and the donations are really growing again. Thank you to all our donors – we couldn’t do what we do without your help.
